HEP /UNIT /SUKAN /KOKO 什么来的？ 来你们一起去认识unit /jabatan

全国最大的部门：JPPKK

Jabatan Pendidikan Politeknik dan Kolej Komuniti (JPPKK)

这个好像我们中学的类似KPM这样（教育部的）但是POLITEKNIK &KOLEJ KOMUNITI 是有自己的部门。这个部门很重要，因为他是我们出takwin时间 (上课时间：PART 5 ）的人来的，关于kolej komuniti 进politeknik 或进UNIVERSITI 的事件。

（新）IPT/KEMENTERIAN PENDIDIKAN TINGGI （KPT)

他是我们的高等教育部长部门管理我们几时可以开学，高等教育制度（IPT)的部门。现在由于疫情所以全国IPT/IPTA 的可以不可以开学就要看他了。他很像KPM一样，但是KPT是超过中小学的程度的（KPM包过师训，matrik，skm等等）。注意：当他宣布可以回学校上课了，也需要看州的程度（管理）怎样，Poli 自己安排，班级安排之类的（在一班里有多少个人打疫苗）。温馨提醒：现在很多州属都可以walk in去打疫苗了。

（新）JABATAN PENGAJIAN POLITEKNIK (JPP)

升学必备！！我们必须向这个jabatan申请credit tranfer，然后他会回复你的email，给于通过的信件 。可以申请最多可以申请25个科目。大概要申请转换的科目需要少少拿c但是b或以上更好。

然后根据在PUO  毕业的buisness学姐讲的过程：
1）找/收集自己diploma每个科目的course outline 也称syllabus。

2）比对poli与uni那个科目的课程是不是有接近80%或以上

3）收集好了，就一次过发给JPP申请要tranfer diploma科目去uni的

4）等待JPP处理，他会发发个别的科目PDF给我们，然后我们要自己弄把他们combine成一个PDF FILE。（注意：这次申请成功前面第一页会有JPP的公函这样，每个人都有自己的code，为了证明有通过JPP申请过）

5）在2-3个星期内（这个依照各uni的限定时间）发去uni/上传去uni的portal网站或者是POSLAJU寄去UNI的HEP部门（提前要开一个自己学生的账号才可以）。

6）等消息。。（完成）

注释：24credit（8科）- 30credit（10科） 【这个环节将会持续更进。。。。。。】。但是没有限制科目的申请数量，全部科目都send去JPP申请也可以（只是大学有限制只能够申请多少科）

💓关于学校里的：

JABATAN HAL EHWAL PELJAR（JHEP/JHEPP)

这个是管理学生的部门（学校的），也管理我们的disiplin （还saman 钱），头发等等。我们现在covid要申请跨州信的可以去HEP拿。如果需要换科系与换学校的话需要联络那个学校（第一个得到tawaran的学校）要求帮忙或填form申请。添加：我们也有Pengawai HAL EHWAL PELJAR （PHEP）在每个科系 如PHEP JKA ,PHEP JKE .PHEP JP 等等的PHEP ，他就像一个管道与学生沟通，协调的。

1️⃣MAJLIS PERWAKILAN PELAJAR  (MPP)
这个unit/majilis 的是pelajar/学生管理的（有老师协助），然后有时学校老师找MPP处理东西。除此之外，MPP也需要为其他校内学生（junior或senior）处理事情，给于资讯。这个jawantankuasa或者社团的主席都是由学校的每个学生投票选出来的(1年1次）【jun sesi 的】，每个jabatan/科系的学生都可以参加竞选。这个竞选（无关于政治啦）不要敏感嘿嘿，从个人的经验看有的人做视频拉票，有的人在学校贴海报拉票，有的人在本身的poli 网站&群组宣传。进入这个社团也会有jawantankuasa的siji，也许会帮到你们升学&找工作。对了版主差点忘记，这个社团有时会与校外/其他的politeknik &uni 举办一些活动噢。有活动就有sijil。条件进入MPP：是3.5pointer以上。进步到MPP，我们还有RAKAN MAJLIS PERWAKILAN PELAJAR  （RMPP) ,像协助MPP这样的，只是没sijil拿。 【本人暂时才参加社团，所以之后再更新】「   点我查看详细   」

 2️⃣Civil Engineering Student Affairs Club（CESAC) 【PMK】

这个社团在全部/全国politeknik里面只有2间拥有而已（如果没记错）。进入条件：最主要的是你本身是civil engineering的course/科系（其他拒绝），有兴趣，能帮到组织完成任何或活动，要面试iv(interview)的。通常iv都是去聊天的，ok就可以过了（成功进入社团)。这个是算课外的（要与不要可以自己选择），然后进入这个社团可以选一些领域比如：sukan，keusahawanaan， kepimpinan，green，kerohanian，social innovation， “up-skilling”，可能也有其他的。这些的领域我们可以自己选择一个，当然有限制人数的，每个领域都有senior做为顶层带我们办活动。讲到活动啦（可能会很长噢），我们社团会办一些活动，比如：去做义工（老人院&学校），清理河，海边垃圾，去拜访原住民，做一些project，帮忙YB做活动，在自己学校办一些与其他科系联谊活动。（偷偷告诉你，如果有活动在上课时间是可以去活动的噢，因为cesac会出信嘿嘿）。

【版主懂的】：

I) 我们的社团有办过学校的颁奖典礼（派发3.5GPA以上的sijil），

II) 有举办过玩bowling，这个活动是有bus带我们去那里bowling场的，然后我们社团开放给全部系的，所以我们包了10+个bowling的道来场比赛。（有得吃，sijil，赢了有奖品）【晚上的】

III) 有参加过YB举办的去原住民做project的活动（有YB COP的sijil），

IV) 有举办过去SK（sekolah kebangsaan）去做义工【CSR】（移树--用锄头挖泥土，丢东西，搬座椅，油漆--墙壁与地上，在floor paper--一个区域是纸地板，做装饰）【包早与午餐，有水，有karibot，有马来糕，等等好料】，

V) 有举办过游戏项目,比如玩PUPG（吃鸡），ML/mobile legend ，等等。赢了有游戏里的奖品。

VI) 其他：回忆中（comming soon）

以上有些活动只是开发自己系参加的，有些是公开性的。版主可能在下个sem 负责一个活动。

3️⃣Unit  Kauselor（心理辅导，咨询，升学辅导）

老师也是有老师的kauselor，这个是学生的。学生的会比较好，因为大家同龄程好沟通也比较好聊。这个unit 也每个系是可以参加的。（更新）最主要的kelab是Pembimbing Rakan Siswa （PRS) 里面会办很多活动，我最有印像&喜欢的活动是（点我查看）可点击！

小结尾：除了上面3个社团（蓝色的）是属于koko的（可以选不用参加的，但是有sijil，可以学习到技能，有个领导能力）。不用买任何另外的衣服。

3️⃣🆎在PMK也有：

EESTEC （Electrical Engineering Student Society of Melaka Polytechnic）给Jabatan kejuruteraan Elektrik (JKE)的

；MESAC （Mechanical  Engineering Students’ Affairs Club）给Jabatan kejuruteraan Mekanikal (JKM)的

；CODES （Commerce Department Society）给Jabatan Perdagangan（JP）的。

 

4️⃣JABATAN ICT 

处理学生的SPMP,WIFI,还有ms teams ，account的问题的部门。如果有关于学校acc密码的问题，忘记以及其他技术问题可以联系这个部门或者PA。除此之外，如果老师要把这个学期SPMP的资料搬去明年的junior的SPMP也是通过他们处理的噢。

温馨提醒：学校给我们的学生email记得1，2个月换下密码或者重开一下账号给它激活/active一下。

5️⃣JABATAN SUKAN&KOKURIKULUM

管理运动与persatuan的问题，在我学校可以去这个部门申请去学校的GYM。免费的。【PMK :如果一样!】除此之外，如果你之前是比赛州或者是国选手可以通知这个部门他可能会帮你安排一些东西。

6️⃣JABATAN UNIT PEPERIKSAAN

他是学校考试蛮重要的部门，因为考final时不只是自己的lecturer改，还可能被抽出来检查分数对不对应。然后，有作弊行为也是这个部门决定的与及出席不到80%也会被他阻止进入考场。当然现在covid我们的final exam换成了palt（另种考法），也是这个部门出的。除此之外，正常时候全国的final可能抽取其中一间poli的unit peperiksaan考题来做为final exam paper。【可以在PART 2 找考卷】

7️⃣JABATAN 科系（根据你的学校）未来整理出来

这个需要依照各自学校有的科系&科目而有的部门。比如版主的学校有Jabatan Kejuruteraan Awam（JKA) ,Jabatan Perdagangan (JPI），Jabatan Matematik, Sains dan Komputer （JMSK）与其他。JMSK介乎很多学校都有。

8️⃣Unit Pengantarabangsaan
这个unit是每个poli都有的，这个好处是可以出国在6个星期在那边（外国）internship。去东南亚国家有：印度尼西亚（大多数会去）【BALI】，印尼，泰国，柬埔寨（Cambodia）。其他有的是去比赛，交换学生（exchange student）去中国等国家。。。

注释：3.75以上，还要iv的。

9️⃣其他unit&jabatan

注释：以上是“迷你大学”的称呼JABATAN。When arrive uni we know it can say “faculty” 国语：fakulti。是不是很😵？哈哈哈现在记得“JABATAN”就好。

到了你们最注重的sukan & kelab/persatuan(科目来的）

新的syllabus是有两个选择与及他不是sem 1到sem 6都有：

详情：
选择一：sem1选sukan，sem 2就一定要badan。
选择二：sem 1选badan ，sem 2没得选了只能sukan。

他们两个都是1 credit hours的科目，需要80%的出席率。【sukan与kelab/persatuan是用学校的远动衣（koko衣，那时sem1进学校时交的其他费用有包过衣服）】

【SUKAN 与kelab/persatuan的list 版主暂时还不确定】，【unit beruniform版主学校没有，所以不用特别买衣服】

添加：这个也需要看学校实际情况，管理。谢谢

除了这个其他都是koko来的，比如文章中的1️⃣，2️⃣，3️⃣与及3️⃣🆎是看个人的意愿要不要参加。参加了可以拿经验，认识更多人，学一些操作，等等。

kuliah ？kuliahahhh？kuliah是什么？ kuliah=lecturer=课堂！！因为到了IPTA（高等教育体制）或大学我们都是问：“几时有这个kuliah？”（几时有class的意思），同时我们都称呼老师为ehhh...到了这个等级不是老师了是教授或讲师了【英文：lecturer】又【马来文：pensyarah（统称）;Cik/Encik(男教授），Puan（女教授）】。哈哈哈，感觉在教课。因为我们的讲师都是最少有读过大学回来有些讲师会比较严格与在意称呼。版主我之前开学前经常口误称呼cikgu（中学用语）哈哈哈👀👀。

    好了，回到今天要介绍的时间大纲，这个时间表是我们整个学期（semester）【注释：1个学期是6个月】。上面的图表里的时间是比较给于intake 1& intake 2 的学生即将进入sem 1的。

什么是intake 1 &2？可以看回我的之前文章》》点进这里后看第二项的 5）。Intake 1是图中的"sesi 1：2023/2024" , 反之intake 2 是图中的“sesi 2：2023/2024” .我们来介绍图里的字眼与他们的详细活动。图里有 “Pendaftaran Pelajar Bahru /Aktiviti Suai Kenal” ，"Kuliah"，"Cuti Pertangahan Semester " , "Peperiksaan Akhir Semester / Pentaksiran" 与"Cuti Akhir Semester"。

一个个~~详细解释：

1️⃣Pendaftaran Pelajar Bahru /Aktiviti Suai Kenal ：

这个是新生报道的环节。主要是让我们完成全方面的注册/报名为POLITEKNIK 的学生。报道有在线上与线下。线下（实体）比如我们需要带着borang （HEP),医生证明（新的covid），身体检查（X-ray）。surat tawaran 线上：我们要自己通过该官方网站还yuran pengajian （收了钱就会有了no reg（自己的学生编号））。Aktiviti Suai Kenal就是我们所讲的orientation（新生会/新生活动）这个活动版主之前的是举办3天而已（面对面），这个里面的活动里有学校介绍，学校管理员介绍，介绍学校unit（之后我会介绍给大家），介绍sukan/persatuan，介绍grade，听讲座，senior会带我们去校园逛逛了解校园，玩游戏，那时还有包过3餐噢（因为从活动早上到傍晚6点）【有covid情况时间缩短了】。听版主的senior讲他们之前的orientation是7天的，开到晚上10点那种，有车载回宿舍。具体依照各学校安排的时间。添加：在这个时间段（开课前）我们新生会要daftar khusus &koko 在SPMP，有些PA会很好帮你弄，但是之后sem2到后面的每个sem是自己弄的。daftar pengajian一开始是HEP弄的，之后也是自己弄（我们叫senior lapor diri）

2️⃣Kuliah：

上课/class 。这个阶段前大家的老师或PA会带我们去daftar SPMP account ，点点点acount（其他的）。然后我们就要daftar khusus/科目。过了几天PA或老师，会给真正的课程表通过pdf方式发进群或代表。在每个科目（program ）里面还是一样不能少过80%上课时间。更多详情请点击》》点进这里后看saman 2：没有超过80% ！！！ 。

3️⃣Cuti Pertangahan Semester ：

终于聊到了cuti/holiday/假期了，relax，relax这样的“迷你大学”不单单是读书而已。这个sem中间（mid-sem break） 的假期通常是有节日的，然后顺便放多几天（通常放1，2个星期假而已）。在放假之前我们会完成一些的test，quiz。之后放假后了就来了，quiz，test，presentiation，eoc都通通等着你了。哈哈哈。sem1放轻松，不会这样恐怖的啦。如果是实体课（面对面）的话，我们可以趁这个时间回去看家人，跟同学去附近玩玩，找亲戚。放好假回来，我们就做最后打拼了！！拼啊！可以点击订阅版主的YouTube噢》》与版主一起来学习 。如果老师之前教很慢课程，这时会提升速度了。

4️⃣Peperiksaan Akhir Semester / Pentaksiran:

这个就是我们经常说的final exam，final exam ，final exam！因为重要所以重复3次。之前文章有提过final exam 请点击这里》》》( 点进这里后看前言部分 )。一般上，这个final的时期是3个星期，在这3个星期不完全每天都有考。打个比方：版主我sem 1只有两科科目有final而已，有可能时间安排在第一个星期与第二个星期就考完了。然后就可以提早我们所谓的“sem break”，等成绩（3星期至1个月才会出）。成绩出了后如果自己觉得不好的话可以去找老师上诉或者是在SPMP的网站上诉还钱。在SPMP 网站也可以print我们的成绩单与查看成绩。

5️⃣Cuti Akhir Semester：

这个字眼就是我们所讲的“sem break”，也就是放久久假期。可以回乡拜年，打工（兼职/part time) 。放完了假期（正式进入sem 2），我们通常会接着回去上课，依照上面的sesi 2：2023/20224 时间。我们不是intake 1的吗？为什么要照着他们？答：因为这个是接下去的，我们会与sesi 2的一起上课（同龄的比如我们SPM2022  intake1的读完sesi 1的 ，我们会与迟来的intake一起开学。我们sesi 1的也称为senior（因为sem 2了）。然后我们intake 2的会进入sesi 2阶段（sem 2 用下半部分的时间表了）。不懂版主我解释得明白吗，因为这个需要进入学校读的学生才自己比较懂。

小总结：SPM 2022 从upu 拿到的tawaran 是intake 1就是最上面部分也就是sem 1的时间，第2个橙色下面的部分是我们下个的学期（sem 2）时间也是intake 2（rayuan upu，direct intake）同时进intake 1的是sem 2， intake 2的是sem 1.其他sem也跟着这样的模式以此类推。

6️⃣其他/Other：

在表里面最右边有“LI，WBL"的字。这两个字就代表这是给sem 6的internship时间段的，也就是没有其他科目有拿，只是要选industri/company做工。最多的时候要做report/报告。这个keputusan只有success与fail而已，10个credit hours。给特殊情况（留级的），如果sem1-sem 5有fail 科目就可能要延迟internship了（sem 7或8或9） 

❗️❗️注释：每个时间都可能更动，因为现在covid情况的关系，lecturer，各学校的计划与活动。但是这个时间表是最formal的。以上是JPPKK的时间表。

I AM LIANG .TODAY , i write this post or explanation about my sem 1’s course in Politeknik Melaka（PMK). My program is Diploma Civil Engineering (DKA) , and in this program has 8 subjects + 1 co-curriculum.(Total:19 credit hours ) like about the diagram.

1. ENG. MATH 1   [3 credit hours] 

>Do not feel worry and scared when see that is math, when your  SPM time have  take (add math)  this will become easy ,because this have many basic from add maths.

3. ENG.DRAWING AND CAD [ 2 credit hours  ]  

              💨Drawing (LK/GKT)  【hand drawing】

> Just like LK/GKT with using  pen (2H, 5H ），compasses, long ruler, big triangle ruler and each ohter drawing tools to draw .

>I still remember the first time I waited for the teacher in the school because I didn’t know the school.As a result, we changed from "new friends" to the end of the school, so we ran away.But the time was still 5 minutes late, the teacher immediately refused to enter the class and did not count as attendent. -_-

>The computer system should be good. It is recommended that you buy an intel i5 computer and it will not get stuck easily.Remember to save a part every time you make a part, or you will restart with a card, hehehe (coming over).

4.   BRICKWORK AND CONCETE LABORATORY   

                                            【2 credit hours】

Both of these are from lab work (need to actually do the finished product)

。BRICKWORK  (Brickwork Research)

For brick, learn the types of bricks, and then learn how to arrange the bricks (4 discharge methods) to make a blessed wall, and learn plaster (paint the cement on the brick wall). It is fun to learn how to mix cement with sand and water (1:3:1) although it is fun to get dirty clothes after each festival. *Supplement* We use line in the lab, because if you use cement, it will not be removed.

>concrete I can't go to practical before I get there, but I think the other half of our class has a cube that is made of concrete, for example, what proportion of sand, soil, ash, and water are needed to make a concrete cube. The picture is as follows:

>Then my concrete lab work is online. The teacher gave us a simulation website to do a lab to answer questions. Two of the five labs are different, the first and the fifth. For the first lab, we need to find equipment in our own home, do experiments with materials, and then take videos to teachers.

1) Mixed simen: fine anggregate: cost anggregate

  Ratio 》1: 2: 4

  Moisture》 60% --90%

Turn evenly

                               Use rod to hit the concrete so that it has no extra space （air）

              Erase the concrete that goes out to make it easier to open when it hardens

Use an instrument to compress concrete and record the withstand value of when it started to crack

This experiment is called "strength test"

 Small note: When doing things about cement, you need to wear PPE (protective glasses) and avoid inhaling the cement because it is easy to rush, and solidification will occur where there is water.

5.  ENG.SURVEY  [3 credit hours]

>Engineering Investigation

> ENG. survey Take the instrument to measure the contruction height/level, highway,

 Calculate road angle and distance. Inside Coordinate, there are Learned (x, y, z), (x, y) is leveling and (z) is traverse. Then the plan map will see that the work map before development has beering (angle), length/chainage, higher ).It is called plan akui, and then it can be applied to autocad to draw him.

 6.  COMMUNICATIVE ENGLISH 1【2 credit hours】

>English  Just learn to communicate, although the host is not very good at English

7.   OCCUPATIONAL, SAFETY AND HEALTH FOR ENGINEERING 

【2 credit hours】

。 OCCUPATIONAL, SAFETY AND HEALTH (OSH. This subject is mainly to learn the eng construction site and construction laws of Malaysia. It includes reducing work hazards, how the company should reduce site hazards, what PPE should be used for work, what are the hours of work ENG ERGONOMICS, calculation How much knowledge will be lost if you don’t take precautions.

8.   PENGHAYATAN ETIKA & PERADABAN 【2 credit hours】

>etika & penghayatan is sejarah mixed with moral knowledge, but they are all very shallow things.

>Be prepared for sleep (do not learn from others if you make a mistake)

>This is not a very five chat because it has e-folio (acting) and some presentations, the teacher is very easy to chat

9.   KELAB/PERSATUAN 【1 credit hours】

>We are in a SEM because of the epidemic situation, so koko can only choose kelab/persatuan. However, students who take civil eng are required to choose kelas landskap only. In this kelab, I learned how to use or beautify the space to make the place more beautiful. We have done:

o   Research on Malaysian plants (presentation of benefits and uses,functions)

o Make woodworking products-wooden lamps. In this process, I learned how to use the wood chipper correctly, half of the time. I and I thought my friends from different races—raam went to buy teh ais and bought 18 bags per pack (the teacher paid hehe hehe)

o We use concrete and cloth and bucket to make a flower pot. The following is the concrete cloth that has been soaked and placed on the bucket to make it into the shape of a flower pot. (It needs to be put for a week when it’s done, hehe)

o In addition, we also have a kind of cactus (Cactaceae) in the flower pots we bought and arranged it. Secretly told that cactus is also edible, I only knew about it on Singapore TV show before. I will tell you later 👀👀

CONCLUSION:

A little hard work will not make the test very unsatisfactory. People have to love learning to make learning happy. People have to keep researching and trying to make progress.
